Why a central Singapore parquet team

Queenstown and Toa Payoh were Singapore's first two satellite towns, and much of the private housing in Bukit Timah, Tanglin, River Valley, Novena and Marine Parade was built from the late 1970s to the 1990s. Of the 301 condos on this site, 84 were completed before 2000 and 25 before 1990. Many still have their original solid parquet.

Old teak and herringbone floors need different work from the engineered timber in newer downtown and Marina Bay towers. Because our jobs are in the central region, we know these floors and condo rules well and spend less time on the road.

Frequently asked questions

Which areas do you cover?

All 22 planning areas of Singapore's Central Region: Toa Payoh, Bishan, Queenstown, Bukit Merah, Kallang, Geylang, Marine Parade, Novena, Bukit Timah, Tanglin, Newton, River Valley, Orchard, Museum, Rochor, Outram, Singapore River, Downtown Core, Southern Islands, Marina South, Marina East and Straits View.

How much does parquet polishing cost?

Polishing starts from $350 for a single bedroom and $1,300 for a whole 4-room HDB flat. Full sanding and repairs are quoted after inspection.

How long does it take?

Usually 1 day for one bedroom and 2 days for three bedrooms. You can walk on the floor in socks 12 to 24 hours after the last coat.

Do you work in condos with strict renovation rules?

Yes. Most central condos need a renovation permit, lift booking and set working hours. Send us the rules and we'll provide the documents management asks for.

Is it dusty?

Our sanders are connected to dust extractors and we tape off doorways. Some fine dust is normal, and we clean up before we leave.

Want your parquet looking new again?

Send 3 or 4 photos of your floor on WhatsApp and get a price, usually the same day.
