Leaks from aircon units, windows, bathrooms and potted plants are the most common causes of damaged parquet we see. Termites are the other. We remove the damaged section, treat the cause with you, and relay timber that blends with the rest of the floor.

Wait to start: Usually 1 to 3 days
Time on site: 1 to 2 days, plus drying time if the base is still wet

How a job works

WhatsApp us 3 or 4 photos of the floor, including a close-up and any damaged spots, plus your block or condo and the rooms you want done.
Get a price. We reply with an estimate the same day, or visit within 1 to 3 days to measure and tap-test.
Book a date. Jobs usually start 3 to 7 days after you confirm.
We sand, fill and varnish, with dust extraction and doors taped off.
Inspect together and pay by PayNow or bank transfer once you're happy.

Before we arrive

Clear small items, rugs and anything fragile from the rooms.
Tell us if you need help moving beds or wardrobes.
Let us know about any leaks, termite history or areas that sound hollow.
Check your condo's renovation rules: permit, lift booking and working hours.
Keep pets and children out of the rooms during sanding and drying.

Aftercare

Fix the source first: an aircon drain, window seal or bathroom waterproofing. Relaying timber on a wet base only causes the problem to return.

Frequently asked questions

Can you remove black water stains by sanding?

Light stains often sand out. Deep black stains go through the timber, so those pieces are usually replaced.

Do you treat termites?

We don't do pest treatment ourselves. If termites are active, we recommend treating them first, then we replace the damaged timber.

Will the new pieces match?

We match species and size, then sand and varnish the room. New timber can look slightly lighter at first and usually evens out over a few months.
